To satisfy Part G of Building Regulations, all new dwellings require a Water Efficiency Calculation. In England no person should use more than 125 litres of water per day, in Wales the regulation has been updated to 110 litres per person, per day.
For a set fee of £60 (plus VAT) per property (any duplicates will be at a reduced rate) we will help you pass this requirement. Just complete and return our Water Calculation Checklist
Although the Water Calculation is typically needed at the As-Built stage, it’s good to get this completed (to ensure the property is passing!) as soon as you know which fixtures, fittings and appliances will be included.
